Most pieces are personalized, so after you order we agree on the details, and only then does production start.

No, you can also order as a guest. With an account, however, you don't have to enter your details again next time, and you can keep track of your previous parcels.
Yes, free of charge. Write your message in the order notes field, and we'll put a handwritten card in the parcel.

If you have something else in mind than what's on the shelf
The size, color and lettering of most products can be changed. For a custom design, you can also send a drawing or a sample image.

Yes. If the sizes listed on the product page don't suit you, write to us via the contact form or by e-mail, and we'll check whether it can be made.
You can. A high-resolution image or a vector file works best; we like working from simple line drawings the most.
The design fee depends on the amount of work, and we always agree on it in advance. A simple change of lettering comes at no extra cost.
Materials and painting
Birch, water-based paint, sanded edges
Every piece is made of birch plywood. We sand the cut edges by hand and paint with water-based paint that is also meant for children's rooms.

Most of them are made of 3 mm birch plywood, the larger boards of 6 mm. Painted surfaces get water-based paint.
The paint is water-based and odorless, and we sand the edges by hand. However, the smaller pieces and the parts of the sets are not toys; under the age of 3 they should only be used under supervision.
For most decorations you can ask for flat or foam double-sided adhesive, which you can choose when ordering the product.
Shipping and pickup
To a parcel point or in person
We ship the parcel once production is finished. You'll see the fee in the cart before you pay.

Foxpost and GLS parcel points, as well as personal pickup by prior arrangement.
Once production is finished, usually on the same day or the next working day. You'll get an e-mail notification with the tracking number when it's shipped.
There is no shipping fee for personal pickup. For parcel points, the fee shown in the cart always applies.
For now, only within Hungary. If you have an address abroad, write to us and we'll check what it would cost.
Payment
By card, at the end of your order
Payment takes place on the provider's secure page, and we have no access to your card details. You'll receive the invoice by e-mail.

No. Since every piece is personalized, production starts once the payment has arrived.

Exchange and warranty
If something isn't right after all
Personalized pieces are custom-made, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them. However, if a parcel is faulty or damaged, we always look for a solution.
Exchange and warranty
Personalized, custom-made products cannot be exchanged, but if there's any problem with your parcel, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll sort it out.
Take photos or a video while unpacking, and send the pictures to us by e-mail. We'll make a new piece or refund the amount.
Until production starts, which is usually one working day after the confirmation. After that, we can no longer refund the cost of the material used.
